Vertically integrated retailer of garden and home furniture

Overstock is a leading Belgian retailer of garden (Overstock Garden) and home (Overstock Home) furniture. Both retail concepts are fully vertically integrated, sourcing direct from the producers, with a value-for-money positioning of its private label offering. 

Overstock Garden is a specialist in garden furniture, selling mainly wooden and aluminium furniture, including table sets, lounge sets, sunbeds and benches, as well as parasols and other outdoor accessories. Products are retail in around 1.500 m2 stores located out-of-town. 

Overstock Home is a separate concept focues on indoor furniture, including dining table sets, living room furniture, desks, cupboards as well as lighting. Products are Retailed in over 1.000 m2 stores.

Vendis is supporting founder Jan Ollevier in the further roll out of both concepts, both nationally and internationally, as well as the digitalisation of the company.
